To cancel, simply email us at least two days before your bill date using our Cancel Membership Request Form. If a cancellation email is received after that time, membership will be canceled at the end of the paid month. No refunds are given.
To update/change subscription payments on an active subscription, Go to the PAYMENT METHODS tab (above) and follow these steps (below):
- ADD your new card info and
- MAKE the new card the DEFAULT,
- Hit the VIEW SUBSCRIPTION button (which is still attached to the old card), then
- Hit the CHANGE PAYMENT button. This takes you to the CHANGE PAYMENT METHOD screen where you may choose to alternate between paypal or a CC charge. Then
- Hit the CHANGE PAYMENT METHOD button to change the OLD default card to the NEW DEFAULT card you added in the previous steps.
NOTE: You cannot change payment methods on an expired subscription
To switch your subscription plan to an alternate plan (on an active subscription), Go to the MY SUBSCRIPTION tab (above) and follow these steps (below):
- Scroll down and CLICK on the SWITCH SUBSCRIPTION button (next to your active subscription)
- On the next screen, find the plan (level and frequency) to which you want to switch (you may go up, down, sideways or diagonally), and
- Hit the VIEW SUBSCRIPTION button (which is still attached to the old card), then
- Scroll down to verify your contact info, cart total, enter your payment info (you may change cards at this time if you wish) a
- CLICK the SIGN UP NOW button to complete the switch (once payment is approved). The system will prorate as necessary.
NOTE: You cannot switch plans on a cancelled or expired subscription
